"I honestly didn't think I'd get this far."

My name is Yvonne, and when I started training with Sophia, I wasn't sure I could do it.

After my first week, I remember thinking, "No, I can't be doing this!" But Sophia was so encouraging and supportive. Looking back now, I truly feel that God guided me to her at exactly the right time.

By the second week, things felt a little easier. By the third week, I was beginning to notice changes. Now, after four weeks, my body feels completely different.

Three years ago, I was involved in a serious car accident, and my body was badly affected. There were so many things I struggled to do, and I never imagined I would regain the confidence and mobility that I have today.
